A string tale of cosmic censorship and weak gravity conjecture in the Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton theory
A class of Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton black hole is secured by the cosmic censorship and the weak gravity conjecture is demanded for satisfying generalized 2nd law of thermodynamics. I will review the string derivation of this class of black hole and suggest a microscopic interpretation for above-mentioned low-energy phenomena.
